Description: 8" by 12" color print of North Central Airlines Convair 580, N7517U at MKE in June 1979. This aircraft was delivered to Texaco in 1952 as a CV340. It was converted to 440 specs by Texaco Canada in 1962. North Central bought the aircraft in 1965 and converted it to 580 specs in 1967. It stayed with the airline through the mergers and was retired by Northwest in 1989. ****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans.
