They are very clean and shiny, top and bottom, without crazing, chips, cracks, dark utensil marks, or dishwasher stains, and the base bottoms show little to no signs of use. Every plate offered has been closely inspected and the only thing noted was an occasional light superficial (clear) mark consistent with minimal use and/or storage.
