Description: NM Laser Products LST400 Safety Shutter 8mm Aperture w/ Position Sensor OEM NM Laser Products model LST400 shutter module. This is an OEM part marked with part number 1006249A but is nearly identical to a stock LST400. These have an 8mm Aperture suitable for beams up to 6mm diameter. The standard over-coated aluminum mirror is good from deep UV to about 4 microns at up to 50W. These include a TTL position sensor to verify shutter operation in safety critical applications. Wired to a Molex Mini Fit Jr connector, the wire colors match the LST400 docs. These actuate nicely with 24V DC applied to the red and black wires. However for long open times, you'll want to use a solenoid driver that reduces the coil voltage once the shutter is open.
