Description: This device has gone through extensive checks to make sure it works. I've checked that it powers on, charges, boots, that the sound works, all buttons work including the shoulder buttons, both screens work and don't have dead pixels or any major deject, the touch screen works, the hinge is in good shape, it plays DS games, and also plays GBA games. I also generally make sure there's a stylus and GBA dust cover. The battery is checked for damage, and that it's not distended or near end of life in any other way. The Tier mostly determines screen quality. To a lesser extent, it will also be how the outside of the DS looks. No tier will have dead pixels or buttons that don't work. They will all have a battery cover, a stylus, a GBA slot dust cover with some exceptions. If it doesn't pass all of my testing, I'll sell it for parts. Screen discoloration or yellowing usually looks like some sepia tinting in the corners, most often the top corners. Not all devices have it, but some do, and the better the tier the less there will be. It's not very noticeable during gameplay, but it's not ideal Tier A: Tier A will have no deep scratches on the shell, though possibly minimal small scratches. It will have minimal scratches on the screens, no dead pixels, no completely faded pixels, though there's a chance it'll have barely noticeable discoloration in some corners. Tier B: Possibly a deep scratch on the shell somewhere that's not as important, like the bottom, minor scratches throughout. It may have some minor discoloration in the corners. Tier C: Shell could have minor cracks. If it's too bad, I'll sell it for parts, so this would be small cracks, probably on a corner. It won't be bad enough to affect function. The screen may be discolored. White and pastel colored devices are susceptible to discoloration. This is usually just on the top and bottom, and doesn't often affect the inside. Heavily discolored consoles will be Tier C. Tier A will have no or minimal discoloration. GBA slot dust covers: It's really hard to find them for Silver, so those that color may or may not get a GBA slot dust cover. For Tier A, I'll try to prioritize those. Styluses for Metallic Rose and Enamel Navy will be black. All DSs are fully functional and come with a charger. Some DS Lites will be Japanese. There's no difference in the software once the language gets switched over to English, and the only difference in the hardware is more Japanese text on the back. Both will play all of the US or Japanese games, there's no region locking.
