Description: These are Original 1992 Nike Air Ultra Flights, size 10. OG All except laces I swapped with some Air Jordan 4 laces. Not regaled, not sole-swapped. And they are holding strong! They definitely do not make them like they used to. Because these predate separate midsoles (that tend to crumble and erode with age) these are still very sturdy and wearable. The shoes were found from a seller in Kenya; and shipped to me here in Oregon. I then re-conditioned the original leather, 3 different sessions of leather reconditioner. Then, because I could not find a photo of this color way, I restored the pain with an “aged” look much like the Air Jordan 1 “Lost & Founds’” the outsoles were then deoxidized in 3 separate sessions. Then the uppers were de-creased with heat-set to return a lot of their original form. There are still some creases on the upper-heel of the uppers, but it adds to the character and retro-styling. The boxes at Gravy. Then the paint was layered with aged off-white, and dry-brushed with a lighter off-white; so you can still see the textures of the original high quality leather, and then covered in 2 coats of Matte finish to preserve. And the restored leather is still soft to The touch. Shoes have OG insoles, and OG adhesive holding them in still. These are exceptional condition for a collector who may want to wear them & present on their shelves alike. They’ve been a fun project, and if there is not decent offers I will be happy to keep them.
