There is a rip along the top right shoulder area that would need to be re-sewn and a tear in the rear pocket.Probably around a size medium, some actual measurements are 58 inches overall height from top of collar to bottom of cuff, 34 inches as measured around the narrowest spot on the waist, 22 inch sleeve length and 18 inches from outside shoulder seam to outside shoulder seam. Size tag is present, but washed out and illegible.
