No rocker. It is made from marine grade plywood!! It is all one piece of wood.. Boards are sprayed with floor grade water based polyurethane..very smooth finish. PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY AS THIS IS HANDMADE AT TIME OF ORDER.Thank You:) The finish is sprayed FIVE times with a UV blocking waterproof/ water based poly. So YES You can use it outside.
