Description: 10” MADAME ALEXANDER "THE BIRDS" #40720 NEW IN BOX. From a high-end estate sale comes a 2005 collectible doll called THE BIRDS. The doll resembles Tippi Hedren who starred in the 1963 movie by Alfred Hitchcock. The doll's outfit is wonderful. It's a green sheath dress that zippers down and back, with a tailored jacket and a faux fur coat. There is a bird in her hair and two on her fur coat. As far as I can tell, it has never been removed from the box. The box is in wonderful condition accept I can see where there must have been a sticker tag at the top. Still in great condition. This is an amazing set and would be a wonderful addition for any collector of exquisite dolls. Also, a great gift for Christmas. Shipping is $11.50 within the Continental United States.
