Description: This is a fantastic skirt by Clemia. The skirt is black and is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The front of the skirt appears to be a ruffled wrap around skirt but isn't a true wrap around. The ruffles cross over one another to give the appearance of a wrap around but are sewn to either side of the hip. There is also a tie belt to give the added appearance of the wrap around. The front waist line is flat with the back being elastic for some added room and comfort.This skirt is light so it would be ideal for spring but I think could still be worn on a slightly warmer day.
