Selecting the correct Return Option helps the process go faster and smoother. If the Buyer chooses the wrong Return Option, they run the risk of the Return being denied. These are examples only and do not cover every situation, but if the Buyer is not sure which Return option to select, they are encouraged to contact the Seller BEFORE opening a Return Case and the Seller will advise them which Return (If any) is the appropriate one for the Buyer?s situation.***Example One: If the Buyer receives the item damaged, but seemingly packaged poorly for the type of item received, they must ask for an "Arrived Damaged" Return.
