Description: Shipping note: I ship only on the weekend. Thank you for your understanding. This Vintage 1960s French Copper Pommes Anna was found in continental Europe, then restored by England-based coppersmith Newlyn Tinning, where it received new tin, and the copper has been polished! After its transformation, it was shipped across the Atlantic to the US (to me). Not used after restoration, the lucky new owner can use this immediately after unboxing! Measurements: Copper thickness: Between 1.6mm and 2mm thick Diameter of the pan: Approximately 6.5" Diameter of the piece, handle to handle: just under 9" The casserole part measures 2.5" deep The lid measures 7" across, 1.5" deep Weight: Just over 4 pounds. This set may have tarnish or discoloration to the exterior copper due to inside temperature and/or humidity fluctuations, which is a normal occurrence over the life of a pan. Vintage and/or Antique copper cookware is not brand new as if it was purchased at Williams-Sonoma last week. It may show signs of wear or use; or repairs, as it was made and then used, in hotels, restaurants, cafes, castles, and estates; or the dining cars of railways, between the 1830s and today. This will be packed well withbubble wrap and cardboard around the handles to minimize potential damage in transit. Shipping is included in the price for buyers located in the Contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, such as Canada or the EU, may have substantially higher shipping costs, and Customs paperwork will be completed accurately. For example, prior shipment prices were as follows: UPS Ground: for a 14" by 10" saucepan weighing 20 pounds, going to the Midwest; $150. UPS Ground: for an 11"x11" stewpot with lid weighing almost 15 pounds; going to the West Coast, packing materials were $50, and the shipping cost was $170. USPS Priority: for a 12"x3" saute pan weighing 12 pounds; going to non-Contiguous U.S., packing materials were $30, and the shipping cost was $150. A tracking number will be provided to you after shipping, and your signature upon delivery will be required to prevent porch pirates from doing their thing!
