Also I have had some customers recently just return items because they changed their mind. If that is the case a $7 restocking fee for my time to package, take to the post office, inspect once received back and then lastly process the return. Also the amount it cost me to ship this will also be deducted. I am a very small business and cannot eat these costs like the big retailers.
