Back of the box specifically says for sale in USA, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. Please note that the outer box for this version doesn't have a seal. I believe it was sold like that. Item condition: I have bought this game new myself in a store a few years back. Box has never been opened, everything inside is brand new (game in original case and shrinkwrap and everything). This is for the big box version which includes the Pokéwalker. Everything is in excellent condition. Nintendo DS games are region-free, which means this will work on your system wherever you live.
