The design has been bench tested using an SE/30 outfitted with a PDS 68040 accelerator, Ethernet board and SCSI emulator board, and 128 MB of RAM. During A/B testing of this design with an ATX converted supply, it was observed to have noticeably improved CRT display ripple over the Flex ATX PSU commonly used for PSU modernizations.
