I put a cutout felt cat appliqué and a quilt pumpkin on the front. This is stuffed with new Poly-fil. This would make a nice addition to your Fall/Autumn/Halloween decor. I make hundreds of vintage fabric pillows every year and no two are alike. They may show some imperfections from the fabrics being used and loved for years.
