Please purchase this only if you are using it to replace a defective Home Center Lite unit and you know the software limitations of this device with Smartphones. It may still work fine when connected and setup locally using a computer through a network but the Smartphone control of this machine may not work well or at all according to reviews I saw on the App store. This is being sold with NO FACTORY WARRANTY and NO SUPPORT in factory sealed packaging at a VERY LOW PRICE just for people who need a replacement unit and are already using this exact system. I have no experience with this brand or home automation in general so for the right person this may be a crazy bargain. If you are a new user of this item you should probably buy something newer than this 1st gen unit.
