None of the extras that sometimes come with the boots are included and these have the regular Danner grey lining - you can add any insert you prefer (or wear with no inserts at all). They measure 13 3/8 inches in total length and 4 5/8 inches across the widest part of the soles. The pictures do not do this item justice - these are a great pair of boots (shoe trees not included).
