We then setup shipping with the carrier that can take 1-3 business days from setup for them to pickup the mattress. I have to package it and send them a final weight of the product and they set up pick up time. Once I receive a tracking number and shipping company info, I will send that to you. Most common delivery time is 4-10 business days in transit across the US, this is with no delays due to weather, accidents, nationwide emergencies. We are shipping out of Washington State so sometimes these big freight items can be delayed. The shipping company will call you in advance to setup your delivery day and time frame.
