The BeadBuster is ruggedly designed, built entirely from steel with solid welds, uses Grade-5 zinc-plated screws. The difference between this and our 'flagship model', the XB-450 is that the XB-455 is made by our production facility in Taiwan, and the XB-450 is made in USA. The cost of the Made in USA model is a little more, but the quality of both are exactly the same: FANTASTIC! DON'T BE FOOLED by some of the other "so called" ATV bead breakers with long handles. They don't work well, are awkward to use, and will damage your rims! The BeadBuster is a tried and true design that does the job right. * NOTE*: The BeadBuster was designed for use on the most common Diameters of ATV/UTV Rims: 9" and larger. Use on smaller rims (7" & 8") may cause damage to the ram foot, however, the tool can be effectively used on these smaller rims with a small adaptation and/or careful operation. The adaptation is using a small spacer between the body of the tool and the lip of the rim, which prevents the feet from full inserting, which are normally too long for the smaller ATV rims.
