These are complete with everything to install on your car except for a short piece of electrical wire that may be needed to connect the horn depending on the year of the car. Note that these always have swirl and stress marks in the spokes from the pressing process. They can be polished by hand if you want the wheel to have a more polished finish but out of the box they will have marks on them. These are our least expensive wheels and the metal spokes tend to have some swirl marks from being pressed at the factory. Made in the UK.
