Description: Neat Antique Silver Double Handle Cup late 1700s/early 1800s Presented is a neat little silver double handled cup. This piece dates to the late 1700s or the first half of the 1800s. We believe it is probably a Russian piece, but it could be from continental Europe or South America. As there are no hallmarks, we can't be sure. The cup is simply but attractively made, with a bright silver finish inside and out. The cup tapers from the mouth to the base. The handles are in a scrolled style, cast and applied. A small and interesting piece, very nicely constructed. This piece is clean and in great condition. Some surface wear, but nothing excessive. There are no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs. This cup is tested and guaranteed at least 800 silver purity. The cup is approximately 2 5/8 inches tall. This piece weighs 80 grams. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
