Description: This is probably one of the nicest oak ribbon cabinets I have ever had. Would have originally been in a country store for the display and sale of ribbon. The larger size with a total of 4 sliding doors; each of which can slide out on either of the two sides. All the doors have dowels which originally supported rolls of ribbon for sale---now many times used as a wine storage rack. We have refinished this piece and it is in excellent condition with a smooth and even finish. Retains the original brass tag reading 'A N Russell & Sons ILION N Y'. Beautiful piece of furniture at 28 wide, 22 deep, and 25.5 high. This size case would also function well as an end table or night stand, regardless it is ready for your home or office.
