Description: You are looking at an un-used, baby blue NCAA Tourney Patch that goes on the chest of the jerseys. it has a heat seal and half the time, the teams dont even sew it on, they just heat seal it. Same goes for the Final Four patch for that year. That is just FYI of what I have seen. Anyhow, this patch is 2 inches across and top to bottom.
