Description: THE ALBUM - Beautiful vintage photo album with a Naval Aviation cover theme. 11.75 X 10 inches overall. Probably sold in the PX at NAS Pensacola around the time of WW2. The cover itself displays a wonderful patina with detailed Naval Aviator Wings, planes, and battleship embossed in gold or silver. It is made to display up to a 9x7 image. THE PHOTOS - There are three photographs in the album. I believe they are of the album owner and establish a time frame. - The older image is of a private owned barber shop and has two calendars on the wall both dated March, 1930. The barber on the right is in the newer image too. I think he joined the Navy and served as a barber at NAS Pensacola.- The second photo is newer, also of a barber shop. The setting looks like a military - setting barber operation. - Third image of a baby.All three photos have info written on them. It's a beautiful album. Keep as is...or put another photograph in it.
