We typically do not polish our silver items since the amount of oxidation and shine is a personal preference. The item will need to be cleaned. Successful bidder shipping rate is within the US. Shipment within one to two days of receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, the seller reserves the right to cancel the sale.
