Researching the Symbol (Logo) on the bottom we confirmed this is from The Good Medicine Lodge in Whitefish, Montana. Signed on the bottom: Amigos 2003, this is beautifully hand crafted. There is a stamped monogram near the rim that looks like an angel or cross (see photos). Both pieces have a clean glaze on the inside with no crazing. The Bowl itself measures 4-3/4" x 3-1/4" high with an inside diameter at the top of about 3-5/8". The Lid - Cup measures 4-1/2" x 2-3/4". Overall this sits 3-5/8" high. The top surface of the lid is not perfectly level as can be expected from a hand made piece. It is not readily noticeable and is nothing serious but see photos and judge for yourself.
