Inserts are not included. Condition: Acceptable. There are some surface scratches to the cover. There is no moisture damage, stuck pages or mold. There are no tears to the pages. There is writing on the top right cover. There is normal edge & spine wear for an item this old. Some age discoloration to the back cover. The cover is detached from the 1st page but still attached to back page and spine. Please see photos.
