We purchase the frames for our gallery on Ebay, by searching for 'picture frames'.They are great prices and often come with the plexiglass and fittings already in place.Just remove the back and pop the print in place. You will need no special tools or skills just a table, table cloth and table knife. -------------------------------------------------PACKAGING & DELIVERIES-------------------------------------------------We print in 33 countries ensuring that wherever you are we will be able to send to you by the quickest and most environmentally friendly way. Prints are placed into sturdy card tubes designed for world travel. Non-Custom prints leave our studio in 1-3 working days.Customized prints may take longer depending on the work involved ? we will always keep you informed of events. All prints are printed on professional semi gloss photopaper. -----------------------RETURNS-----------------------Everything we produce is made specially to customers' orders by our fulfillment partners and therefore cannot be returned. Our fulfillment partner prints in 33 different countries allowing us to find the most economical and speedy way to send your order to wherever you may be in the world. If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered then please contact us. Please take a picture of any damage to the packaging or the incorrect item that has been sent. We will then send you a replacement free of charge and hassle free. If you decide that you do not want your order then we can offer a partial refund. We will refund you everything apart from our fulfillment partner's printing and postage costs. Once a refund has been agreed you will be required to destroy the item and send a picture to prove this.
