Description: This is a 3D Printed N-scale replica of the Sears Roebuck 'Sunbeam' model (1923). William Arthur Bennett is the architect, and he made great use of a small space including practical features like a sleeping porch! The model comes in two pieces, the 1st Floor and Roof to allow for easy finishing, all other parts are assembled and trimmed. The 1st floor of this model also comes with internal features including stairs, closets, and kitchen! All windows are accessible to add window coverings if desired, and for this model I print most of the windows separately for added detail. The models includes alignment features between all levels. The model levels can be glued together, I use Gorilla Super Glue Gel. The model can be painted, I use acrylic paint for PLA. This design is modeled at 1:160 scale. This also the same as 10mm scale for tabletop gaming. The dimensions of the assembled model are: Width: 63.5mm or 2.50" Depth: 65.4mm or 2.57" Height: 54.6mm or 2.15" If you have any questions please message me If you want to see some of my development work please follow my Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61555215021512I have over 500 sales and have maintained a 5 star rating on Etsy for the last year:https://designfenix.etsy.com SHIPPING: I will attempt to ship multiple orders together to reduce shipping costs, the difference will be refunded to your purchase.
