It is in a very nice preowned condition. The fabric is not pulled or stretched during measurements. It is allowed to lay naturally. Sleeve- This measurement is taken from the outside edge of the sleeve while lying face up. It Is measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve. Some coats and jackets may not have a shoulder seam or may have an oddly placed shoulder seam. In these cases, please understand the sleeve measurement is approximate. Pit to Pit- This measurement is the width between one “pit” to the other measured at the seam. This Is measured with the jacket lying face up and should give you an approximate chest size. Please keep in mind that the thicker the jacket is, the larger this measurement will be therefore making the chest size appear larger. Waist- This measurement is an approximate measurement of the midsection. There is no defining line where this measurement is taken and only should be used to get rough estimation of jacket shape. This measurement location may change depending on the length of the jacket. Length- This measurement is taken with the garment lying face down.
