Description: Up for auction is a precision CNCd, replacement or project stratocaster guitar body. This guitar has a unique, multicolor paint job. To protect the paint during handling, this body has a sealer coat of automotive urethane clear. Due to the nature of the painting process, and the basic sealer coat, there is texture to the finish. Additional work will be needed if you require a perfect, show-room finish. Clear coating services are available if you require a perfect finish and do not have the resources to complete it yourself (please message for details). If you are on a budget and are willing to accept an imperfect finish, the body can be assembled as-is and still have the artwork protected. Body Wood................ Alder Bridge Compatibility.... Gotoh Strat style hardtail bridge - String through body configuration. Pick Up Configuration.. Hum x x - This particular body is designed to have the pickup mounted from the back side of the body. No pickguard or mounting ring is needed! Output Jack.................. 7/8" side mount output jack Neck Pocket................Standard, 2 3/16" width (nominal dimension), 6 string Fender Strat specs. (compatible with Strat style 21/22 fret, 25.5" scale necks. ). Please note that to ensure you have a snug fit with your neck and to ensure plenty of adjustment space for height setup parameters, we purposely cut our neck pockets to the tight and shallow side of tolerance, meaning if you have a neck in the middle to wide side of heel width tolerance, simple neck pocket adjustments may be required. This is a feature to ensure an optimized fit of your neck. If you do not have the resources to do simple neck pocket modifications, you should consult with a qualified technician before attempting to assemble your own guitar.
