MOTU - VINTAGE TWISTOID (GIRATOR) MINT ON CARD- MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE 1988 MOC

Description: This auction is for a: MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSETWISTOID/GIRATOR - MINT ON CARD NEW/UNUSED with ACRYLIC CASE This auction is for the original vintage Twistoid - Spanish Girator variant from 1988. This was one of the final original figures released in the 80s by Mattel Spain. (Mattel Espana) Twistoid is brand new, still sealed, mint on card and in amazing condition. The gyrator action on this figure mean that when they are found loose, they are often badly worn with paint wear and damage to the rubber base. I can't see any paint wear on the figure from rubbing against the bubble and the figure and accessories all look as new. This one is as it left the factory. The card is big and colourful and makes a great display item. It has some light wear and has one small pinhole in the top left corner. It has some age wear mainly around the edges, but still displays amazingly well, and is bright and shiny and very visually appealing. The bubble is clear and firmly attached with no cracks, dents or lifting from the card. This version of Twistoid comes with the European Catalog, and not the MiniComic, The Catalog is a great and rare item in itself, and depicts a scene from the Masters of the Universe movie on the cover and has images of the latest toys and vehicles inside. (You can't see this unless you open the bubble though, I am just being clear about what the figure comes with) This figure comes in acrylic display case that is easily opened at the bottom if you wish to remove the figure. It has protected the figure and card and helped it to stay flat. It looks amazing displayed in this case and would easily be a key central piece in any collection. If you are looking for a Christmas gift for the Masters of the Universe collector in your life, this would be an item that wouldn't fail to impress! Great example from this classic figure.
