Description: Kalanchoe pinnata, also known as Mother of Thousands or Mexican Hat Plant, a succulent native to Madagascar. This plant spreads like crazy. It develops little rosettes as the plant reaches maturity and the rosettes drop creating new plants. You will get juvenile plants of various sizes which are already rooted. There maybe slight damage to the leaves, which they usually shed the lower ones as they grow until they reach a larger size, then the leaves will fill out & grow. Kalanchoe pinnata requires abundant direct sunlight. It thrives in dry soil, so water sparingly. Choose a potting soil that dries well as it does not do well in damp soil. The plant should be repotted when it doubles in size or once a year. It can grow around 39” in height. The mother plant may die off once all the babies have matured. The plants you will receive are 10+ babies of various sizes, all rooted. They are coming from an outdoor environment so they may have damaged to their leaves. Not all plants will be perfect. They are shipped in a box with packing paper. Not all the plants will make it alive, especially in cooler/cold weather. I will do my best to insulate them. I will not replace a few dead plants, anything more than four dead plants need to be reported within 24hrs of receiving your shipment or nothing will be replaced. I do not offer refunds, all sales are final & I will work with anyone who receives more than four dead plants. I may choose to ship more than 10, in that event none will be replaced if they are dead unless more than half the shipment didn’t make it alive. I do track the number & a picture of the plants shipped to everyone. All orders will be shipped with tracking & delivery confirmation. All items are shipped with a 3-5 day delivery window. All packages are insured & I will work with all buyers when it comes to insurance claims for the packages. I grow a lot of different plants in my yard & it is a small business for me. I am in FL, so thankfully it’s a year round growing season. I do make every effort to keep away from pesticides in my yard & will use natural solutions as much as possible. Before all plants are shipped they are dipped in water mixed with Castile soap to clean them & kill anything that maybe on them. The plants are then laid out in my house to dry & shipped the next morning. It can take 24-48hrs for plants to be pulled, cleaned & ready to ship.
