From the Montana State Prison scrap pile, this 1976 Bicentennial plate pair plus an unfinished 1989 Centennial brother gives you pause to wonder what the inmates were doing? The first two had some small problems and some chipping around lettering due to clear-coat sticking to adjacent plate, but why the same unfinished message on a single 1989 Centennial base? And then all were discarded? Among them, they show rubs, scratches, scrapes or small chips. Photo shows some light reflection.
