We package your plant very carefully, so it has plenty of water to survive, but please be sure to open the box and cut wrapping very carefully and submerge in soil or water as soon as it arrives.*COLD/HOT PACKSWe highly recommend cold/hot packs for all orders! For very hot summer a cold pack will help sustain your plant before it reaches its new home. For cold winter a heat pack will help your plant Stay warm. Please have it included in your order to prevent the plant from DYING in transit! We HIGHLY recommend it.Cold/Hot packs are available for purchase as a separate listing in our shop. If your purchased plants are being sent to a location that has hot weather (80+ degrees) or location that has cold weather (40 and below degrees), we highly recommend a cold/hot pack. One cold/hot pack is sufficient for 1-2 plants. I pack all plants thoughtfully and exactly how I would want to receive them myself. Unfortunately, shipping is out of my control, and once a plant leaves my care I cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of USPS handling or delayed packages. Damages as a result of USPS are covered under insurance and I am happy to walk you through the process of placing an insurance claim. Please note this must be completed within 24 hours.  We are not liable for damage done to plant by elongated delivery times, heat/cold damage, or mishandling by USPS. If you are experiencing poor weather in your area or are out of town and need your package held until a future ship date please send us a message.
