Luffy PSA Magazine Promo (OP05-060). The card was carefully removed from its original cellophane wrapping due to a minor indentation/pin mark that was noticeable while still sealed. Other than this small imperfection, and some noticeable warping it looks like it could probably grade a PSA 7 or 8 at best, but I am Not a professional grader.
