There is a tie at waist, meant to be tied in a bow in back, (it is photographed with the tie in front, correct wear is in back, draping down the skirt in back). Back of the dress also showcases open back and full skirt with full gathers that drapes elegantly to floor. Neckline has 3 hidden eye hook closure and skirt has a hidden back zipper and 1 eyehook closure at top of zipper.
