ALL UPPER CASE LETTERS, unless there is a lower case version of our font, and you request it. Numbers may be 1 or 2 digits, and will be 8" tall, and width will vary by how many digits and the style you choose. Let us know if you need smaller numbers, as for a youth or baby shirt. Please let us know at time of purchase if you also need 4" numbers. We will be happy to include them free of charge. :-)Once the numbers are shipped, we can't do them for free. :-(If you don't tell us to send them when you place the order, then we don't automatically ship them, as most customers normally only need back numbers. Your nameset will arrive in a plastic envelope. The numbers and names come in a sticky transparent film called a carrier. The name and number carriers may stick to each other, or oto the plastic envelope, and that is completely normal. You will also receive the nameset with a brownish craft paper material that you can use to press the numbers as shown on the video. You'll receive an additional TEST transfer that you can apply on an old shirt so you can practice before you do your nameset, and you'll be an expert in no time. As you already know, you are applying the transfer at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage or mishaps. But relax, watch our instructional video, and you'll see how easy it is.
