Description: This is a 10-inch 100% gold mohair, fully jointed, hand-stitched Bear from England. One-of-a-Kind Artist Bear. His name is Gainsborough and he is jointed with black embroidered nose and black shoe button eyes. Marked as Made by Mary with Love. I owned a bear shop in Arizona for 23 years. In September 2001 I went to the UK and Scotland. I was in Scotland at the time of 911, but I found Gainsborough in a UK bear shop. I fell in love with him and brought him home for my own collection. Gainsborough has always been kept in a cabinet and never exposed to smoke, perfume, or scent of any kind. I am downsizing my collection so my estate will be more manageable for the animal rescue that it goes to.
