The particular glove was used and it is in perfect broken in condition ! The glove has an incredible pocket as you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out ! Check out the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball and the 6th photo how the glove looks in the closed position without a baseball in the pocket while the 7th photo shows how the glove can cradle 2 full sized 12 inch round softballs at one time ! You can size up the mitt by the full size 12 inch round softballs in the pocket ! This glove is a tight fit on my average adult size hand and around the wrist . I can get my hand inside this glove but it is tight both on the hand and the wrist ! The glove also has a Velcro wrist strap so you can even get the mitt tighter around the wrist !
