The DC jumper is only used with the Digital IO board. To use the built in Digital IO board power switch, simply link your power supply to the DC power socket on the Digital IO board. Next, connect the ends of the DC Power Jumper to the DE10-Nano's DC power socket, and the USB Hub's DC power socket. With this setup, you can conveniently manage power for the whole MiSTer stack using the on/off switch located on the Digital IO board.
