It is Made in Korea and is circa 1960's. Pretty well-made plate has raised scalloped detail in the white, a scalloped shaped border with real gold trim, and super cute graphics. Measures approximately 8 1/4" across and weighs 1 lb. 0.2 oz. It is marked on the back "NOT FOR FOOD USE, PLATE MAY POISON FOOD, FOR DECORATIVE USE ONLY." And, it has 2 holes in the back for hanging on the wall (has an old string in it). Please see item specifics and all photographs including last photo on 1" grid for more on size and condition. No chips, color loss or crazing. There is one line on the back (see 11th photo) but it is just inherent in the glaze--you don't feel it on the surface and it is not a scratch or a crack.
