Fender opened a new production facility in Corona CA in July 1998 so this was an early/transitional model of the Deluxe and therefore doesn't have the LSR roller nut. A RARE guitar! VERY CLEAN cosmetic condition - No scratches or dents to speak of, has some slight un-noticeable tiny dents. The neck has some finish checking (see pics). Neck is PERFECT with a comfortable 'C' profile which plays itself! The original frets show only little to no wear.
