The kit consists of Dash-001 Great Emperor, the third Emperor driven by Yonkuro, and the body of Minami Shinkuro's Dash-3 Shooting Star. 0 chassis is reinforced with polycarbonate ABS resin, and is available in two gear ratios of 5:1 and 4.2:1 for adjustable speed and power. The package uses illustrations drawn by Zaurus Tokuda at the time. Also included is a black-and-white condensed version(episodes 12-17) of the poster manga Shin Dash! Yonkuro, which was an unfinished 17 episodes that was never published!
