Description: This is a beautiful color 14"x11" photo of President Ronald Reagan with Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev which Mr. Gorbachev has signed in blue marker. A friend of mine was able to meet Mr. Gorbachev and get this signed when Mr. Gorbachev was a distinguished speaker at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts "Fred Kalvi Theatre" back on Tuesday, April 4th, 2006. I've had this in my personal collection since around 2008 and have had it stored in a climate controlled, smoke free environment in an acrylic holder to keep it damage free. I do have the ticket from the event still stored from our move to Florida. I'm sure I know where it's at and it will accompany this signed photo when shipped.
