Description: This figure of a stag is made of metal and is gold in color. It is 5-1/2" long and 4-1/2" tall. On the bottom it says, "Middletown Plate Co Quadruple plate 110" and "..ard ...hite metal" I cannot read the first letters of the last two words. The Middletown Plate Co. started in business in 1864 and became part of the International Silver Company in 1899. The Middletown mark was still used until 1921 so this was made sometime before then, possibly before 1899 as I do not see any marks for the International Silver Company.
