Lounge + ottoman set (670 / 671) designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. Original rosewood shells and black leather upholstery. This is a third generation model (1971-74) featuring 5-ply shell construction, black steel rectangular mounting clips for the cushions, and foam cushions. Rosewood is in excellent shape overall, no issues to disclose. Black leather is in very good shape considering it’s age. A few nicks on the seat and one armrest, but very minimal. Please see detail images for the areas of wear. Sits well, and cushions are still quite supportive. The chair presents very well and would be a great addition to any design enthusiast’s collection.
