Description: This pair of 1970s dining chairs have an interesting antique-modern vibe, manufactured in Canada by Liberty Furniture Industries, Ltd. (formerly Liberty Ornamental Iron). The frame looks like a traditional wooden straight back farmhouse chair, but has an all-metal construction, chrome finish, and funky padded vinyl upholstery with a faux leather patchwork pattern. The back slats are curved and angled for comfort. Each chair measures 33/5"H x 15.5"W x 18"D. They are in very good used condition, showing minor scuffs in the frames and vinyl seatcovers, but no serious cosmetic flaws. They have been cleaned, polished, and are ready to use. Also included are the original seat back cushions. They add comfort, but detract a bit from the sleek, simple architectural beauty of the chrome frames. They have some minor cracking in the vinyl, and two of the bottom tie-down strings are missing.
