Description: MCM Fat Lava Abstract Volcano Glaze Art Pottery Mug. Black On Red. Designed with the perfect notch in the pottery where your hand easily grasps the mug. Due to size and design these are great to use as a smaller vase also. Mesures 6 1/4" tall at it's highest point and 3" in diameter. Condition is used , very good. The only slight imperfection I see is on the bottom of the mug. There is some white residue. It appears that it may be a dishwashing powder that dryed and adheared to the paint. The mug sits flat in surfaces and does not show when in use. A true Mid Century Modern treasure!
