Description: This listing is for a Vintage Mid Century Marcello Fantoni Italian Art Pottery 7.75" Ceramic Bowl / Dish. It is signed with "Fantoni" signature and "ITALY" on bottom with other markings and remnants of a label (photo 6). It features a hand painted underwater scene with 3 fish, a starfish, bubbles, and seaweed. Glossy finish. It is in great condition overall with no cracks or repairs. One glaze flake to outer top rim (photo 22). It could easily be touched up to not be as noticeable. No other issues. All other rims and edges are perfect. Very clean and shiny in and out. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description. *(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item). It is thick, heavy, and fragile weighing 2 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. It measures about 7 3/4" x 7 1/4" (19.7 x 18.5 cm) across and about 2" (5 cm) tall to highest part.
